Simple, all-in pricing for every person served

You pay per person served, based on where they are. The price includes the service and the sworn affidavit of service. Choose a faster turnaround if you need it. HST is added and shown before you pay.

The service

Court Document Service

Personal service of court and legal documents on the named recipient, with a sworn affidavit of service.

We serve originating processes, motion records, family court applications, summonses and other documents on individuals and corporations. A process server delivers the documents in person, records each attempt as it happens, and swears an affidavit describing exactly how service was made.

Included with every order

  • Up to 3 service attempts per person at different times of day
  • Every attempt logged with time, GPS location, photos and notes
  • Personal service, or an alternative to personal service where the Rules allow it
  • A sworn Affidavit of Service (Form 16B) for each person served
  • Live status in your portal or with a private tracking link
  • An itemized receipt and invoice with HST

If service isn't possible

When someone can't be served

People move, addresses turn out to be wrong, and some recipients avoid service. If we can’t serve someone after the included attempts, we stop, mark them as unable to serve and let you know right away, with the reason.

You keep the complete attempt record: dates, times, GPS locations, photos and the process server’s notes. That is the kind of evidence a court looks for if you bring a motion for substituted service or to dispense with service under Rule 16.04.

How fees are handled for recipients we couldn’t serve is set out in our Terms of Service.
